Horton and Bryan Family History

My core family history project involves writing biographies of each ancestor who is a great great great grandparent (3x great grandparent), or closer. This core project requires me to write 62 biographies, as each of us has two parents, four grandparents, eight great grandparents, 16 great great grandparents, and 32 great great great grandparents, for a total of 62.

Listed below are the ancestors covered by the core project, starting at 2 for the biography of my father, through 63 for a 3x great grandmother, Julia Ann Cosden Comegys. The numbers used are from the genealogy numbering system known as Ahnentafel numbers. In this system, the number one (1) represents me or any of my siblings.

In addition, I am writing biographies of selected ancestors more distant than 3x great grandparents. Those are the biographies numbered 64 or higher.
